Artist's Comments

I bought a different brand of Kolinsky brush and tried it on Carlo Pagulayan's pencils. The way this new brush feels is a bit different than the W&N brush I normally use. I think I like my old brush better.

Wow. Your line art is very refined. I was trying to look for great examples of hatching and boom this is it. You can see the depth of the character muscles and the wear and tear in the weapons. I just love how you used black in the right areas for that distinct effect. The background and detail is incredible. The drawing looks like photo capturing the exact moment. You can see the energy of destruction around the guy (moon busting apart and crumbling structures). You have some great hand control while inking. This totally deserves more views. Hopefully, I can help with measly fav. Awesome work!

Kaparehong brand na ginagamit ni Scott Williams. Mas malambot ny konte kaysa sa W&N Series 7 brush na dati kong ginagamit, mas mahal pa pati. Medyo kaitngang kong mag-adjust ulit. :D

Thank you. Carlo did an awesome job, just followed his lead.

It's all Carlo Pagulayan, I didn't do anything extra ordinary. I just followed what he put on the paper. Any decent inker should have no problem inking his work. Thanks though, I appreciate the kind words, I'm still trying to be a better inker.
